All visas can be cancelled in Australia if cancellation grounds arise:

  • False, bogus documents/information or incorrect provided: s109
  • Non-compliance with visa conditions: s116
  • Not satisfy Character Test: s501

You may receive a NOICC – Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation, in which case there are strict timelines to respond to Immigration (Department of Home Affairs), otherwise your visa may be cancelled and you will become illegal without a visa. This leaves you liable for Immigration detention and possibly deportation.

We have vast experience in Cancellation scenarios, where we have successfully helped people retain their visa and not get their visa cancelled. If you need help for your cancellation scenario, contact us on info@visaeducationexperts.com.au or +61 414 588 942.
