Eligibility Criteria:

• At time of application and time of decision, must be outside Australia
• Must have highly specialised skills, knowledge
• These highly specialised skills should not be reasonably found in the Australian market
• The work will not be continuous (should be completed within 6 months)
• Should not be work in the Entertainment industry
