Be 18 years or older
Support letter issued from Australian DFAT

Support letter issued from DFAT
Must be listed or expected to have privileges and immunities under relevant legislation

Eligibility Criteria:

Support letter issued from DFAT stating that they support you to participate in the PALM scheme
Be sponsored
Have health insurance
Must be a citizen and resident of a specified country
